Ingredients: cis- and trans-p-menthane-3,8-diol (4g/100g), Water, Ethanol, Propylene carbonate, Perfume extracts.

Instructions: Carefully spray on all uncovered areas of skin. Repeat this if the effect diminishes (for example, due to sweating a lot).

Safe use during pregnancy has not been researched.
